Replacement Overload Relay Kit for Western Electric Cardmatic Tube Testers
This is a replacement kit for the hard-to-find 18400-17 overload relay (also known as
5945-00-829-6888, or Line Electric FR-3035)
in the Western Electric KS-15874 Series of Cardmatic Tube Testers. It is not intended for the USM-118 series of testers. See my other auctions for a replacement relay for those testers.
This kit allows for the easy replacement of the overload relay without having to remove it. It also replaces the large electrolytic capacitor, C111. It comes with mounting hardware and complete, easy to follow color instructions. See the pictures for what the replacement circuit looks like after installation. For use with Models 1234, 1234A, 1234B, KS-15874-L1, and KS-15874-L2 tube testers.
