    Description

    Benjamin Marauder Pistol PRod BarrelBand
Sorry, I am using e-bayfree listing every month. This listing will end before the end of this monthand I will list it again at the beginning of the following month.
    Description:
This barrel band is (Picture 1 and Option 02) designed fory our Benjamin Marauder Pistol, the Prod. It is meant to hold the alignment of the barrel/shroud and reservoir cylinder tight.
    Benefits:
Precision and good looks that you can feel and see as soon as you slide-IN this barrel band. This band will undergo secondary manufacturing operation to achieve the precision and appealing cosmetics attributes. Special reamers made to achieve the precision fit.
The factory installed barrel band on your PRod does NOT hold the alignment of your barrel. Its only function is for the mounting of the Forestock.
This barrel band will function as what the description implies, a band that will hold the alignment of your barrel shroud and reservoir cylinder.
It will tame the vibration of your barrel for consistency and improved grouping.
It will let you install a suppressor, carry its mass, and in theory, prevent drop of point of trajectory/impact.
The incorporated light duty picatinny rail will let you mount your accessories. As shown on the picture, the IR Light mounted at the front to prevent it from interfering with the scope line of sight
    Installation:
As much as possible, this barrel band must not affect the factory alignment
Prior to the installation, set-up a 10 yards target and fire 5 to 10 shots to create a before grouping
Apply a thin even coat of silicone glue/adhesive on the surfaces that will clamp unto the reservoir cylinder.
The silicone adhesive will create a
    slick/slippery surface
that will facilitate the alignment and will create a no slip surface when the glue dries.
After applying the silicone glue, fry the band open and place it in position
Position/align the band in alignment with the barrel’s current alignment. Try to jerk the barrel side ways and make sure it returns to its original/home position.
Pre-tighten (very light) the screws on the band and fire a shot. Make adjustment to the band position as required.
After windage (side to side) alignment has been satisfactorily achieved, tighten the screw and confirm alignment by firing a group on 5 to 10 shots. Make adjustment as required before the silicone glue dries.
Let the silicone glue to dry and cure
    Re-Zero your scope as required
This is a great quality Black ABS 3D Printed Add-On.
