No gear oil change is complete without replacing the drain plug gaskets.
These gaskets are used on mid-level and high-end four stroke Suzuki outboard models. They are sold in packs of two in unmarked baggies because they are not individually packaged in Suzuki packaging.
Both the top plug and the bottom plug need to be replaced every time the plugs are removed.
Never risk using old gaskets. Bad gaskets can cause gear oil to leak potentially causing harm to the environment and the outboard.
These gaskets are genuine OEM parts manufactured by Suzuki Marine, not aftermarket parts.
