LOT OF 15 PIECES (14 distinctive items + 1 duplicate notice of annual meeting) of ORIGINAL ephemera relating to the corporate history of the Alabama Mineral Land Company from 1917 thru 1926. Notices of annual meetings, notices of dividends, stock distributions and 1 or 2 items that (see the scan of the longer, 8½ x 11 inch PRINTED [not typed] letter) go into a bit more depth about this company's corporate history.
Though headquartered corporately in New York City, the company's purpose was to develop its property holdings (especially mineral lands) around the Anniston & Calhoun County, Alabama area. The company's local agent in Anniston was WILLIAM A. DAVIS.
One of the 5½ x 8½ smaller letters (again, the letters are printed on a printing press - NOT typed) has a 3 inch tear shown above in a zoom; a few other letters have SHORT tears but overall VERY GOOD CONDITION.
Nice primary source material on what used to be an important North Alabama land development company.

NOTE: some of my scans may have what appear to be scratches and/or pencil scribbles but in actuality those are scratches on the glass bed of my scanner.
