Pickens Republican
Office, 1856; with 272 pages, rebound (nicely) in fairly recent full black leather. This is the original first edition and, next to Townes' History of Marion and Perry County, is likely the 2nd rarest Alabama local history book - and one of the earliest as well. This is only my 2nd original in the 50+ years I've been dealing with old books and papers about Alabama.
